i loved this episode so much; i think it was the main reason why i became a fan of the show (this was one of the first episodes i watched).
i can’t stress enough how much this moral meant to me, as a girl, who used to refrain from calling myself “girly” in fear of being viewed as weak and useless. now, i’ve started to embrace it: i love being a girl! i love fashion and aesthetics and cute things, and prettying myself up. i’m not afraid of it anymore! i’ve raved about this message and rarity way back when i started this blog, so i don’t want to be a broken record. :p i just really love “dog and pony show” and rarity in all.

myeeeeehhhh yeah i’m not really in MLP for the shipping! not to say there’s a problem if anyone else likes it, but i guess it depends on the kind of “shipping” you mean.
i guess i “ship” (friendshippy/cutesy) rarity and applejack because they have a cute dynamic that i adore! which is opposites. and omg, those gifs i reblogged before…. look at how adorably rarity is tending to applejack to make her look clean and wipe her sweat off her pony face. man, it’s adorable!!!!! even though they have their differences, they’re still friends.
but i think that’s the extent that i would go in the “ship” sense. i guess i still feel a bit weird since they’re ponies and all! :)
